Our Story

We started as a small husband and wife team, and have grown over the past five years to an enviable size.

We have qualified interior designers and home stylists on our team, who love what they do.

Loreen and Stephen are the directors of the company.  

Loreen is a qualified interior designer with an advanced qualification in home staging and property styling. 

Stephen, has a degree in project management. Stephen has extensive experience as a building project manager.

They have completed many house renovation and building projects of their own.

They understand what is needed to present and sell a property for the best price in the shortest amount of time.  The team is hard-working and client focused.

Our Staging Process

An experienced Auckland house staging company, our team has extensive collective expertise in home staging. We utilise current trends in furniture and accessories to create that sense of excitement we want from people when inspecting your property.

Our attention to detail and property presentation knowledge ensure that every room in your home is photo and market ready.

We only stage vacant properties, not lived in.

View

Prior to installation, we will arrange an appointment to view your house, so we can plan our furniture.  We will arrange access with you or your real estate agent for the day of installation.

Install

On day of installation we will require about 5 to 6 hours, depending on the size of your house and accessibility.  We will deliver all the furniture, and install the staging furniture and accessories in place, ready for your photos the following day.
